If you have not visited Brix lately, we are happy to tell you that the Kelleher family is now a hands-on owner, and things are better than ever.
Immediately noticeable for restaurant veterans is the subtle, yet striking, difference in overall ambiance. Redesign of the dining areas to allow some to dine in greater privacy, the addition of a gorgeous and intimate wine dining room [the “Reserve Cellar”] in the middle of all the action, and provocative lighting all come together to remind any discerning guest that s/he is in a well run and consumer pleasing establishment. New and old diners alike will appreciate the continued excellence of the cuisine, now under the capable watch of Executive Chef Anne Gingrass-Paik. The theme is California Contemporary with worldly flavors trifling with the local ingredients just enough to make them doubly interesting.
